  We moved in 1 yr ago, and have just added another year. Very good price compared to other places at the time. They are currently fixing, renovating most apartments. So when we moved in, we got a fairly new looking appartment. Front office and maintenance staff have been great. Washer/dryer on site our just new. Opperate on prepaid card. 1.50 each. Rent can be paid online. Rent has a five day grace period. Due on the 1st- 5th of month. Most neighbors are friendly. Young adults and older tenants. No loud music or partying that I can here. For price damn good. Only negatives our... No control of heat. Contolled by front office. So winter can be hot. But since its free heat, a cracked window solves it. Thin walls. I can hear my neighbor snore.
